I have the great honor of contributing lean articles to the professional community. The Journal of Cost Management is a great ally to communicate the benefits of lean and ask the question why hasn’t the front office applied the lean principles that have been utilized in operations for over 20 years? In a true lean application, respect for people (and the next process) would suggest an equal application of the lean principles. These articles have this view as its direction such as lean management, lean methodology, lean principles, and continuous improvement.
