This is a great idea – A condo for your car.
The project is a way to show your passion for automobiles. Over 87 acres on the M1 campus will include luxury condo-garage units, race track, restaurant, office space, and retailers and service companies catering to the car enthusiast. The land for this project was originally a General Motors facility. With assistance from the government, the land is utilized first for clean-up then refurbished for commercial use. When completed in late 2015, this will help revitalize an area in Metro Detroit and produce hope for other projects to do the same.
If you cannot participate as a condo owner, please visit the web site at http://m1concourse.com/index.php to learn more and support the project and city of Pontiac.
If you have any specific questions regarding the M1 Concourse, please contact the founder Brad Oleshansky at email@example.com .
