It’s interesting to see the different strategies implemented by organizations to retain or gather talent.  In this article, we see that one company is doing the opposite by raising employee pay while inflation is flat or negative at the same time the executives are reducing their salaries while the average is over 26%.  This might not be a trend but it is interesting to see if this does positively impact Gravity Payments over time.
